Last Christmas Garry got in a lot of trouble when he bought me a pair of jeans that were several sizes too large. Really, I know that I've gained a few pounds since we sold our townhouse (I've discovered that I am a stress eater) but I was not quite up to that number. . .yet.
For our anniversary Garry got me a BYU hooded sweatshirt that I have had my eye on for the last few months. Bless his heart, he bought a size Small.
So, of course, we had to drive all the way back to the BYU Bookstore today to get a bigger size. After trying a few on, I picked out the Large.
"If I had bought that, you would have been so upset," Garry said.
True. It's not fair. But, I'm the only one who can call me large.
