Our last stop in Yellowstone National Park was Yellowstone Falls and Uncle Tom's Trail. Taking three kids, the oldest being 5 years old, down this trail was not our best parental decision and other people on the trail looked at us like we were INSANE.
The trail drops fast and consists on 328 stairs. I had Emma walk in front of me, yelling at her to hold the hand rail the entire time (but have fun, too, darn it!) because on the other side of the handrail was, well, the huge waterfall. I held onto Macey's hand and Garry kept Molly in a backpck. But we made it down (and back up!) and what a view!
